評選標準中國企業說了算：
Selection Criteria Determined by Chinese Enterprises：

? 30%官方判決數據（全部來自中國被告勝訴/和解案例）
?  30%Official judgment data (all from cases where Chinese defendants won or reached a settlement)

? 50%中企法務匿名打分（已邀30+出海龍頭企業）
?  50%Anonymous scoring by in-house legal counsel of Chinese enterprises (over 30 leading overseas-going enterprises have been invited)

? 20%國際評審團，含前ITC法官+WIPO仲裁專家+某大廠美區訴訟負責人
?  20%International jury, including former ITC judges, WIPO arbitration experts, and the head of litigation for a major corporation in the U.S. region

? In-house legal counsel of enterprises: Before November 30, 2025, in-house legal counsel can nominate U.S. lawyers/law firms they have collaborated with (nominators may serve as alternate experts in the Enterprise Expert Review Committee)

2025年12月首發SEP-10&ITC-10兩個賽道評選結果，直接鎖定明年337調查外部律師名單！其余兩個賽道結果將于2026年陸續公布，敬請關注。
In December 2025, the selection results for the SEP-10 and ITC-10 tracks will be released first, directly identifying the list of external lawyers for next year's 337 investigations! Results for the other two tracks will be announced sequentially in 2026, so stay tuned.

評選權重公開：官方判決數據30%，中企法務匿名打分50%，國際評審20%，接受全球復核。其核心目的在于為中國企業出海提供一張“按圖索驥”的海外知識產權律師導航圖，讓企業在最短時間內內鎖定最懂中文、懂時差、懂預算的可靠伙伴。

The selection weight is public: 30% from official judgment data, 50% from anonymous scoring by in-house legal counsel of Chinese enterprises, and 20% from international review, with global review accepted. Its core purpose is to provide Chinese enterprises going global with an "IP lawyer navigation map for overseas markets" that allows them to "find the right target by following the map". This enables enterprises to identify reliable partners who understand Chinese, time differences, and budget constraints in shortest time.
