2025年亞洲40位企業(yè)知識產權精英評選活動正式啟動

在數(shù)字浪潮重塑全球經濟格局的時代，亞洲持續(xù)以創(chuàng)新活力引領世界變革方向。從人工智能到綠色科技，從生物醫(yī)藥到量子計算，亞洲正以前所未有的速度孕育突破性創(chuàng)新。與之共生的知識產權生態(tài)體系，也在無數(shù)行業(yè)精英的推動下不斷進化，構建起支撐產業(yè)躍遷的核心競爭力。

In an era where the digital wave is reshaping the global economic landscape, Asia continues to lead the direction of global transformation with its innovative vitality. From artificial intelligence to green technology, and from biomedicine to quantum computing, Asia is fostering groundbreaking innovations at an unprecedented pace. The symbiotic intellectual property ecosystem, driven by numerous industry elites, is also constantly evolving, establishing a core competitiveness that underpins industrial leapfrogging.

2024年，IPR Daily攜手日本、韓國、新加坡、菲律賓等亞洲多國行業(yè)組織和機構，共同打造的首屆“亞洲40位企業(yè)知識產權精英（Asia40）”評選活動，不僅揭曉了涵蓋中國、日本、韓國、新加坡等多個國家的40位獲獎者，還以“亞洲知識產權人才盛典”為契機舉行了頒獎儀式，凝聚精英力量，成為亞洲知識產權領域極具影響力的年度盛事之一。

In 2024, the inaugural "Asian 40 IP In-house Selection (Asia40)", co-initiated by IPR Daily and industry organizations and institutions from multiple Asian countries including Japan, South Korea, Singapore, and the Philippines, not only announced 40 winners from various countries such as China, Japan, South Korea, and Singapore, but also held an award ceremony under the theme of the "Asia Intellectual Property Talent Gala". By bringing together the strength of elites, this event has become one of the most influential annual landmarks in the Asian intellectual property sector.

2025年，我們再次啟動Asia40評選活動，繼續(xù)挖掘和表彰在知識產權領域發(fā)揮引領作用、具有創(chuàng)新思維和卓越能力的企業(yè)知識產權精英。本次活動將一如既往地集結國際智慧，展示創(chuàng)新與知識產權的力量，激發(fā)年輕一代對知識產權的熱愛。同時，我們也將持續(xù)擴大活動影響范圍，升級評選機制，在更廣闊的維度挖掘驅動亞洲創(chuàng)新版圖進化的中堅力量。

In 2025, we are launching the Asia40 Selection once again to continue identifying and honoring IP in-house who plays a leading role in the IP field and possess innovative thinking and outstanding capabilities. As always, this event will bring together global wisdom, demonstrate the power of innovation and IP, and inspire the younger generation's passion for IP. Meanwhile, we will also continue to expand the event's reach, upgrade the selection mechanism, and identify the backbone forces driving the evolution of Asia's innovation landscape across broader dimensions.

“亞洲四十位企業(yè)知識產權精英評選”活動候選者工作單位應以總部在亞洲范圍內的企業(yè)為主，參與者不受性別、年齡、行業(yè)、地域和國籍限制。在萬物互聯(lián)的智能時代，知識產權已成為決定區(qū)域競爭力的關鍵基礎設施。IPR Daily為參與方提供了廣闊的發(fā)展與展示舞臺，讓我們共同見證新一批改變游戲規(guī)則的行業(yè)領袖脫穎而出，讓世界聽見亞洲創(chuàng)新的最強音。

For the "Asian 40 IP In-house Selection" event, the employers of candidates should mainly be enterprises with headquarters within Asia, and participants are not restricted by gender, age, industry, region or nationality. In the intelligent era of the Internet of Everything, intellectual property (IP) has become a key infrastructure determining regional competitiveness. IPR Daily provides participants with a broad platform for development and demonstration. Let us jointly witness a new batch of rule-changing industry leaders stand out and let the world hear the strongest voice of Asian innovation.

01 報名要求
Registration Requirements

候選人職位包括但不限于總部位于亞洲的各企業(yè)知識產權主管領導、首席知識產權官、法務總監(jiān)、知識產權總監(jiān)（部長、主任、處長）、知識產權經理（主管）、知識產權法務、高級知識產權顧問及技術科研負責人等在企業(yè)里從事知識產權相關工作的人員，以及企業(yè)的創(chuàng)業(yè)者或高級管理層。候選人服務單位以總部在亞洲范圍內的企業(yè)為主，不受性別、年齡、行業(yè)、地域和國籍限制。

Positions eligible for candidates include, but are not limited to, intellectual property directors, chief intellectual property officers, legal directors, intellectual property directors (ministers, directors, section chiefs), intellectual property managers (supervisors), intellectual property legal professionals, senior intellectual property consultants, and technical research leaders engaged in intellectual property-related work within enterprises, as well as entrepreneurs or senior management of enterprises. Service units of candidates are primarily based in Asia and are not restricted by gender, industry, region, or nationality.

02評選流程
Selection Process

評選將通過初選、復選和決選三個階段展開，從亞洲貢獻力、亞洲影響力、創(chuàng)新力和成長力等多個維度，對候選人進行全面考量，邀請亞洲各領域企業(yè)家、投資家、資深IP領袖和專家學者進行綜合評估。

The selection process will consist of three stages: preliminary selection, semifinal, and final. Candidates will be comprehensively evaluated from multiple dimensions such as contributions to Asia, influence in Asia, innovation ability, and growth. Various entrepreneurs, investors, senior IP leaders, and expert scholars from Asia will be invited to conduct comprehensive assessments.

03 報名方式
Registration Method

報名采用自薦和推薦兩種方式進行（分別填報“附件表格”并提供照片一張）。歡迎亞洲各國知識產權管理部門、相關行業(yè)協(xié)會、知識產權服務機構和廣大企業(yè)推薦候選人。每家機構原則上限推一名候選人，并須在參評推薦表上加蓋公章/簽字。

Registration can be done through self-recommendation and recommendation. Candidates are welcomed to be recommended by intellectual property management departments, relevant industry associations, intellectual property service agencies, and numerous enterprises across Asia. Each organization is generally limited to recommending one candidate and must affix an official seal/signature on the recommendation form. 

此外，歷屆榮獲過“中國40 Under 40”的企業(yè)知識產權精英將享受優(yōu)先參選本次亞洲四十位企業(yè)知識產權精英的權益，最終以評委打分為準。

The Chinese IP in-house who have been awarded “China 40 Under 40” in previous years will enjoy the priority of participating in the selection of the “Asian 40 IP In-house” selection, and the final result will be based on the scores.

04 結果公布
Announcement of Results

活動結束后，評選結果將在IPR Daily中英文網站、微信、海外多家平臺等全媒體矩陣首發(fā)，并將聯(lián)合IP行業(yè)媒體、知名科技媒體及海外合作媒體進行全面發(fā)布。

The results of the selection will be first released on the IPR Daily's Chinese and English websites, WeChat channel, and various overseas platforms within the entire media matrix. The results will also be extensively published in collaboration with IP industry media, renowned technology media, and overseas cooperative media.
